Individual Therapy

One-on-one psychotherapy at Hunter Psychology is tailored to your specific needs and goals. Individual therapy is a good fit whether you are coming to therapy to treat a diagnosed psychological disorder or want to use your time to focus on personal growth. Individual therapy is offered in either a virtual format (phone or video within Ontario) or in-person in London, ON. Sessions are 50-minutes in length.

We are pleased to now offer treatment for misophonia with our Student Associate, Kate Raymond. She is a Ph.D. student in Clinical Psychology at Western University where she is receiving dedicated training and research supervision in this emerging area of mental health care. Misophonia is a condition in which certain everyday sounds can trigger intense emotional and physical reactions, yet access to treatment remains limited. Kate has a genuine passion for helping people who experience misophonia and is committed to creating a compassionate, understanding space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to develop practical strategies for managing the impact of misophonia in their daily lives.
