Lisa (she/her) is a PhD student in Clinical Psychology at Western University. She completed her MSc in Clinical Psychology at Western University in 2025 and her BSc (Hons) in Psychology at McGill University in 2022. Her research focuses on eating and anxiety disorders. Lisa is interested in supporting individuals experiencing a range of mental health concerns.

Kate (she/her) is a PhD student in Clinical Psychology at Western University, where she also completed an MSc in Clinical Psychology (2023) and an MSc in Neuroscience (2021). She previously earned a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, Neuroscience, and Behaviour from McMaster University (2018). Her research focuses on misophonia — a condition characterized by severe sensitivity to specific sounds. Kate has experience supporting individuals with mood concerns, substance use, sleep difficulties, and interpersonal challenges, using a range of therapeutic approaches. She values working with people from diverse backgrounds and takes a collaborative, personalized approach to help each person work toward their unique goals.
